By use of this site, you agree that exclusive venue for resolution of any disputes between you and The Heart and Weight Institute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute in the courts of Clark County, Nevada and the venue of any
resolution to be Las Vegas, Nevada.
